Verify their insurance coverage
We want to make sure you're covered in case something happens, it's rare but things can happen to the best of us.
Verify their references
We take the time to actually call and talk to at least (3) references to get a better feel for their real opinions about the job and the contractor's work.
Meet with the contractor in person
You can't always get a feel for someone over the phone all of the time. We want to find out their attitude towards their business and their employees. If those attitudes are positive, they will likely be the same with our clients.
Sign an agreement outlining the terms of their responsibilities as a member
This is the proof of the pudding so to speak. If a person is willing to sign a document spelling out the code of conduct and procedures they can be probably be trusted to do what they say they will do.
Nothing if you choose to work with our contractor members because we are compensated directly by them. In fact, we will manage the project for you and keep you up to date on its progress. We do all the work for you!
It's just like any other any other project. You request a bid for the project, we meet with you and our contractor members whom we think is best qualified for your job. Our member submits a quote, you either accept it or not. The job gets completed and you receive an invoice and make payment to the member. Remember, we don't add anything on to the bid because our members pay us. Our project management services to you are free!
Yes, we want you to feel comfortable in your decision on who you want to work with. Of course we can't guarantee their performance or offer our project management services for your project.
